We listen to your brief, your residential requirements and preferred outcomes. We take the time to fully review your site, discuss with you various options, showing you examples of our similar projects and fully documenting your residential requirements.

Custom Design

An initial layout concept is designed and with ongoing discussions this is further refined with elevations before your custom design is created. 

Full interior design and the development of your specifications and inclusions also forms part of this service.

Our building services range from residential single homes, studios, dual occupancy, multi townhouses to high rise apartments .

 Building Plans

Building plans are meticulously reviewed and documented. Once the residential project plan is established, a project manager and site supervisor is assigned to manage the project to completion whilst collaborating with you.

Renowned for our exceptional builds, all aspects of the build are continuously monitored.  Progress site visits are arranged with you in addition to an exclusive access to our online building portal helping you track the progress of your project. Once you are handed the keys to your fully landscaped new home, we have available an after care service should you need it.

Handover | Aftercare

It is important to recognise that our service to you doesn’t come to an end when the building has been completed.

As part of our commitment to you, we provide all our clients with a ‘defects liability period’ that will commence on the agreed finishing date of the project – this means our team or relevant subcontractor will attend to any issues you may have regarding the work we have completed that arise within a specified time frame

Modern Housing

Town Planning

Should your project require a town planning submission, we take care of it all; from the preparation of fully documented plans, collaborations with council and third party providers, all the way through to addressing any permit conditions.

Once a town planning permit is received, you may opt to sell one of your townhouses, pre construction, to fund the build of your own townhouse.  As a registered licenced real estate agency our dedicated sales service focuses on achieving your objectives.
